This is the Wilmette Arts Guild's Forms Page. Here you can search for any available W.A.G. forms. Click on the appropriate button below and you will be wisked away to that form. Please either print your form, fill it in and mail it to us or fill in the online form, then click the SUBMIT button at the end. Thank you for being green!
Select this form to either join or renew your membership to the Wilmette Arts Guild.
You will be able to select your level of membership and after submitting the Application you will be directed to a page where you can pay your dues with a credit card. If you prefer you can mail a check.
Select this form to place your name on the list of applicants wishing to enter this years gallery lottery. Submit your name and pay your $20 gallery fee and we will contact you if your name is selected to hang in one of the many W.A.G.'s galleries.
Select this form to download and print at home in triplicate. When you show up for a gallery assignment or Members' Show hanging, this is the only paperwork you will need. Preparing these forms in advance speeds the time you spend hanging for your show.
