Galleries Lottery Application

This version is for those who prefer to print this form, fill it in and mail back with their check.

Please read carefully!

Note: To participate in the Gallery Lottery your membership dues must be up to date. Mail your checks to Wilmette Arts Guild, P.O. Box 902, Wilmette, IL 60091. A $40 check for your annual dues and/or $20 for the Gallery publicity fees.

You must be available to hang and take down your work. Do not sign up for a show if you will not be available on those dates. You are responsible for your work. DO NOT CONTACT GALLERIES DIRECTLY. If you have questions call your W.A.G. Rep. A W.A.G. rep must be present to add or remove your work. Be sure your work is appropriate in size for the venue, check with your W.A.G. rep. Please, no nudes, nothing political, no violent subjects.

W.A.G. is 100% volunteer. Be patient, be kind, be helpful and cheerful. NO WHINING!

After the lottery drawing has been held, you will be notiﬁed which galleries you have won.
